Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and treatment progress
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and therapy records

Qualifications
- Active Ohio Physical Therapist (PT) license required
- Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required
