Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network, is looking for a Dental Practice Manager to join a small DPO located in Westerville, Ohio. This is a suburb of Columbus, Ohio. This is a 4 day work week.

Dental Practice Manager Responsibilities
- Manage all practice operations, including staff coordination, appointment scheduling, and patient inquiries.
- Ensure a positive patient experience, and a commitment to delivering top quality care
- Provide team oversight for all aspects of the practice, including but not limited to insurance, claims processing, and process improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of successful dental practice management
- Possess a fundamental grasp of business accounting and Excel proficiency.
- Experience in Open Dental Software is ideal
- Proven leadership ability, and team supervision background
