Physical Therapist Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in the home health setting.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as appropriate.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, home exercise programs, and safety measures.
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed salary structure ($88,000-$100,000/year) (optional overtime available for additional earnings - $75 per point)
