Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans, really focusing on becoming part of the patients' recovery story
- Provide physical therapy services focused on restoring mobility, strength, and function
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment goals and progress
Qualifications
- Active or eligible California Physical Therapist license
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Inpatient rehab or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
- Open to new graduates
Compensation & Benefits
- $55-$78/hour based on experience
