Clinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical Network), is partnering with a highly respected hospital system, seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to support an exceptional inpatient rehab team near Bakersfield, California.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities
- Assist patients recover mobility and function after surgery, acute illness, or significant injury
- Conducting thorough physical therapy assessments to identify patient needs and limitations and integrating physical therapy treatment plans into the Plan of Care (POC) as directed by the physician orders.
- Developing individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and needs, often in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Implementing various physical therapy techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and assistive devices, to improve mobility, strength, and pain management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required, Masters in Physical Therapy preferred
- Completion of a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association or other equivalent organization approved by CMS
- Current, active Physical Therapist license within state of practice
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation based on experience, ranging from $55 - $78 per hour
