This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospective participants through outbound calling, community outreach, and networking within the community
- Develop trust-based relationships with seniors and their families to assist them in finding appropriate independent living options within the community
- Plan and execute marketing events, seminars, or open houses to attract prospective participants
- Accurately manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database to track leads, activity, and sales reports.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment requirements
Key Requirements:
- Associates Degree
- Strong, recent experience in B2B healthcare sale
- Passionate, results-driven, self-starter with experience in post-acute, senior, and/or managed care settings
Compensation:
- Base Salary range: $70K - $80K plus uncapped commission plan
